Purpose
If the vendor and registered proprietor for the property are different, this section must be completed. If this is not the case, this section can be left blank.
What information will I need to complete the section?
Registered proprietor
You will need to know the registered proprietor(s) of the property. The registered proprietor can be a person or an organisation. They may be a deceased person or a trustee of a trust.
This information can be found on a certificate of title.
Address details
You must provide the proprietor’s address if it is different to the property address.
You can only provide one address, even if you have supplied multiple registered proprietor details.
The address can be a house, building or shop where the address is a residential address, or a lot where the address is not a residential address.
