This section will be mandatory to complete if you chose ‘purchaser application’ as the application reason under step 1 (application details).
This section can be left blank if there is no purchaser.
What information will I need to complete the section?
The purchaser's details are usually obtained from a contract of sale of real estate. You should have a copy of this contract when completing this screen. Purchasers can be individuals or organisations.
If the purchaser is a person, enter their first name and family name.
If the purchaser is an organisation, enter the organisation name.
You will also need to provide the settlement date.
