- suburb
- postcode
- municipality
- property usage.
Property references
You must supply one of the below references for the property:
- volume and folio numbers
- lot and plan numbers
- book and memorial
- crown references.
These numbers are obtained from the certificate of title.
You can provide up to 5 property references per application.
