Non Group Employers

Interstate wages are all wages paid in other states and territories, which are taxable under their corresponding payroll tax legislation in that jurisdiction.

Interstate wages for the financial year are required to calculate the actual deduction for the year. If Interstate wages are not disclosed, no deduction will be granted.

Ordinary Member of a Group

Interstate wages are all wages paid in other states and territories which are taxable under their corresponding payroll tax legislation in that jurisdiction.

Designated Group Employer

Interstate wages are all wages paid in other states and territories, which are taxable under their corresponding payroll tax legislation in that jurisdiction. Only include your own Interstate wages in the Total Interstate wages field, group Interstate wages are required on the Group wages page.

Interstate wages for the financial year are required to calculate the actual deduction claimed by the Designated Group Employer for the year. If Group Interstate wages are not disclosed, no deduction will be granted.
