What if I do not know my username or password?

1. Go to the Payroll Tax Express page on our website
2. Select Password Reset 
3. Enter the required information
4. You will be given a new username and emailed a new password
5. Go back to the Payroll Tax Express page on our website
6. Select Log in to PTX Express
7. Enter your username and password and log in

Alternatively, contact your administrator for new login details.
