Definition
If you have already paid payroll tax for this period, the payment will display in the Less Previous Payments field. The payment displayed here will be included in the calculation of your Net Tax Payable or Overpaid Tax for that period.
If the payment was made within the last 3 business days, it may not be displayed. If the payment is not shown, you can enter the payment amount in the Less Previous Payments field.
If there are payments displayed that do not belong to your organisation, then you will need to delete that payment from the Less Previous Payments field.
Any adjustments that are made to the value in the Less Previous Payments field is only to assist with your calculation of tax payable. The discrepancy will not be reported to us.
