Group Australian wages

Designated group employer

Group Australian wages are the total of all your group members' taxable Victorian wages plus all taxable wages paid in other states and territories under payroll tax legislation in those jurisdictions.

Group Australian wages for the 2023-24 financial year are required to calculate the actual deduction claimed by the Designated Group Employer for the year. If Group Australian wages are not disclosed, no deduction will be granted.

If all members of a group employ only in Victoria during the year, Group Australian wages will equal the Group taxable Victorian wages.
