Applicant details are required for the purposes of issuing the Land Tax Clearance Certificate. The SRO requires these details for correspondence purposes.

What information will I need to complete this section?

You will need to know your e-mail address in order for the SRO to determine where to e-mail your completed certificates.

How do I complete this section?

You will need to complete the applicant’s details as follows:

Organisations

  1. Organisation Name & Contact Name
  2. Reference
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email Address

Persons

  1. First Name and Surname
  2. Reference
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email Address
