A maximum of 20 property identifiers are available for each property address entered, except for primary production properties where you can use a maximum of 50 identifiers for each property address.
Each distinct property address needs to be added via Add a New Property not Add Land Identifier. Add Land Identifier is only used if a property has more than one volume and folio pertaining to it.
Please enter all volume and folio numbers completely and accurately, including any accessory units. Omission of a volume and folio number that is specified on the transfer instrument means that Land Use Victoria will not register the title.
