Claim for land transfer lodgement

Land transfer lodgements are transactions lodged with the State Revenue Office (SRO) for a calculation of duty. Information from the digital form will pre-populate the lodgement. You do not need to upload any manual duties forms if you have a Form ID. You will, however, continue to lodge other supporting documents such as contracts. Lodgements require a duty calculation from the State Revenue Office before finalisation by the Duties Online user and lodgement with the Titles Office.

Note: The form cannot be edited after it has been claimed. If you have accidentally claimed as a land transfer lodgement, you need to cancel the transaction before lodging it. You or another party can then reclaim the Settlement Statement as a regular land transfer transaction.
