Uploaded documents

Based on the type(s) of refund you select, the required documents will default. However, if you have additional documents not listed in the Document Type drop down, you can upload them via the Upload Another Document function, selecting the Document Type as Other. 

If you do not want to submit a default document specified in the Document Type drop down, you must remove the document from the list by clicking Remove.

If you are unsure about the type of documents you are required to submit, refer to the help text provided for Refund Lodgement Category.

To avoid delays in processing the refund, ensure you upload all supporting documents.
