Has the transferee(s) acquired a relevant interest in a property on or after 1 July 2000 and occupied that property for a continuous period of least 6 months? If the transferee(s) has answered YES then it is considered previous ownership. (Refer Form 61, Schedule A, Part A, question 3)
Has the transferee(s) or the transferee(s) spouse/partner previously received the First Home Owner Grant in any other state or territory in Australia? If the answer is YES then the transferee(s) is not eligible for the First Home Buyer Duty Reduction (refer Form 61, Schedule A, Part A, question 4).
