Parent Property References


Parent Property references are not mandatory, however if the property applied for is part of a recent subdivision or has been created within the current year, the supply of this information may assist the SRO to facilitate a faster turnaround time for delivery of the certificates. If the property was created in the current calendar year or is part of a recent subdivision the liability for the property is calculated as a pro-rata of the parent property's liability.

What information will I need to complete this Section?

The information that is required to complete this section is :

  • Volume and Folio numbers
  • Lot and Plan numbers
  • Area Measurement or unit entitlement

Other references that may assist the process are:

  • Crown References
  • Book and Memorial details

What if there is more than one parent property?

You will be given the opportunity to enter up to 5 parent property references in your application.
